Rescheduled - February 10th event - The changing landscape of the mobile web

NOTE - The event on the 2nd Feb has been cancelled. We are expecting this to be rescheduled for Tuesday February 10th. We will post to the mailing list and this blog as soon as that is confirmed.

MoMoLondon is back for 2009 on Feb 10th with 'The changing landscape of the mobile web'. Much has happened in the last 12 months in this space. New handsets, Operating Systems, browsing environments and industry initiatives are arriving. So it is time to review the mobile web again, take a fresh look at things like widegets, webOS, and the tools available to see how this is going to affect us all.

Huge thanks must go out to our February sponsors:

The speakers and panel will be made up of the following ...

  • Samuel Sweet - Ikivo

  • Nick Allot - OMTP BONDI

  • Kevin Smith - Vodafone

  • Christian Sejersen - Mozilla

  • Henny Swan - Opera

  • Francois Daoust - W3C

  • Graham Thomas - T-Mobile

We are holding the event at the CBI Conference Centre (base of the Centrepoint tower by Tottenham Court Road tube statuion). As always the doors will open at 6pm and the event will kick off at 6.30pm.

Again this month we are running registration through our new web site (still in Alpha testing) ... on there you will find more details about the event, print out a map, see who else is coming along and register to attend. If you registered for the event in December, you already have logins so just login, click on the event and register. If you are new to the site, click on Sign Up, create yourself a profile and then click into the event to register. We print the name badges with your company and affiliation on them so please dont forget to fill these in on your profile.
